At Padelbabe, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes after placing the order.
After this time, the order is automatically processed and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible within the 14-day return period

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at:

After review and confirmation, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
